Title: Unknown drawing with a message

Own this drawing for some years now and found it a the back off a book . The message is quite clear I think but who made it ? Who has some knowledge and will share this ?

The book was just the item it was stored in and this is the total off the drawing . So it's a original drawing on paper just put there by somebody to keep flat maybe ?

My guess is that someone was P.O`d at his boss !! Never heard of UR artist but will look !!

Seems very much like 'prison art' , to my eyes !
