I have had this set for about 10 years and have searched off and on for ANY info or value on it and have come up empty everytime--have even taken it to my local antique shops and they couldn't help me, either. These are still sewn in the box--The Dog has JAPAN on it-Each doll also has JAPAN on the outside of left leg--on the calf.....if that helps at all I don't know.-the arms are sewn on-They range from 3 1/2" to 4 1/2". PERFECTION DOLL HOUSE FAMILY JAPAN is on the box. Any help is MUCH appreciated! :)

Thank you so much!! I would like to know a round about value--I love it but I think I am going to sell it to someone that would appreciate it because it's just sitting in my attic. :)

Only thing I have found so far is a Perfection Doll Co. here in the states !! They did import a few things but found no reference to yours !! Still looking though !!

This one is difficult !! Is that all that is on the box ?? Can you take a closer pic of the figures !! Perfection is a descriptive term and not the brand I am almost sure !! Back in the 30`s many mfrs used the term "perfection" I found many examples of stoves (miniature) and other furniture that used the term !!

Yes, that is all the box says. See why I am asking for help? LOL

Having trouble loading pictures....have to do one at a time I guess!
-
And two more...Thank you for trying to help me out :)

Is the figure on the left,, assuming it is the father,,in uniform ?? The others appear to be in 40`s era styles !!
-
It looks to be more like a suit that an uniform. Someone just told me they thought they were late 40's early 50's but had never seen anything like this--definitely not a complete set still atatched to the box.
-
The father is wearing a double breasted suit which was popular from 1930's to 50's. From the style of the others....I am betting closer to the late 50's/early 60's. Believe it is a family of 4 with a housekeeper (anyone remember the Hazel show in 1962?).
There were so many imported items during this time, unless it was a large company or highly prized one...it will be hard to locate. For a collector this would most likely go for $20.

Interesting--Thank you so much :)

Well I have not found anything to speak of so I am going with KC as far as price !! I thought double breasted suits were out by early 50`s ?? I do remember the leisure suits of the 70`s !! Terrible looking !!

I was offered $50 today. I think I will put this on Ebay (as much as I HATE Ebay) and just let it go to someone that will appreciate it and know how to care for/clean it. Thanks again! :)
