Title: Vase info?

I got this vase from a family member and have no info about it.  I've tried looking it up but haven't found anything about it. Any insight about it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Is the second pic a mark of some sort ?? I can`t tell if there are letters or what ??  Is that all that is on the bottom ??

Yep that's all that's on the bottom and I can't make any sense of it either. It doesn't look like letters to me just  bunch of lines. That's what's making it tricky to find anything about it.

Mark is not a factory mark that I can tell !!  Appears to be drawn by hand and rather meaningless !! I would guess this is likely a Japanese or Chinese import from 30`s or 40`s from the style !! It has a rather Victorian look and many were sold here during that time !! From what I can see,, because the pic is sideways, it looks like pretty well done !!

Thanks !!  Couldn`t see well with tilted head !! It does look nicely done and a pretty piece !! One of our members is a porcelain expert,,Chris Marshall,,hopefully he will be on today,, and will know more than I do !!  I am just making an assumption from what is not on the vase,, rather than what is on it !!

That would be great! The more information the better. Beacuse I really have no idea about this thing.
