This is usually referred to as Bohemian Glass which is often a misnomer as it is and was made all over Europe. i heard the pattern called Fan and Diamond before but it may have other names as well. The green cut to clear is very lovely.

I worked for a doctor for many years and one year,, sometime in the late 70`s, they went to Paris on vacation and brought back a set of these wine glasses !!  Same pattern and color !! They bought them new so that could be the approx date made !!
