Hi I need help with the mark of this oriental figure. Japanese or chinese?

How old is this?  Looks like resin from the photo....but hard to tell.

Hi make in ivory. And I dont take idea of the year.

Pic is not close enough to tell if it is ivory !! It does not look like it !!  Looks like Epoxy resin and bone figure !!  Is any thing on the bottom ??

The mark appears to be modern...but can't find it anywhere.  It has the Mountain mark (can be found in Chinese and Japanese marks).
