Title: Please Help find info on Log cabin in a gallon jug

I thought everything was on the internet. But I can't find any info on this log cabin in a bottle.
It's very detailed has fireplace table & chairs inside.

That bottle looks like an old vinegar jug from 30`s or 40`s !!
