Hey there again! I'm looking to find information on the approx. age and value of this cool looking whiskey decanter. It reads "1/5 of gallon" impressed in the glass as well as "Whiskey" and "Dover-Liverpool 1748". There are no markings on the bottom of the bottle. It came with a lockable screw on lid and a padlock reading OAL Italy. The OAL symbol is either a cross or a 4-leaf clover. The backside of the padlock appears to have a knight picture. Not sure if the lock is original to the bottle or not. Any information further would be great! Thanks ahead of time :D

That light is pretty cool and the base is definitely similar. Hmmm ...
It's a great idea to padlock the scotch from your kids - if only it were a bit easier to get at when I want it ;) haha
