Hi, I found this oriental Fan. I like know os this is japanese or chinese. Or something you tell me.

I believe it is Japanese, since the ladies are wearing obi's (looks like a backpack) It's quite lovely and antique fans do nicely on Ebay. I'm curious what materials it is made out of. I can't quite tell by the photos. It looks like wooden staves with bone or celluloid and paper?

Appears to be bamboo,,Tales !!  Think that is a painted finish !!

Hi, Yes is wood. Probably bamboo painted. Is japanese? and some know the aprox value?

Ebay had quite a few listed but nothing selling !! Saw one similar to yours at $19.99 but no buyers !!
