Title: Stoneware Pitcher

I bought this old stone pitcher a long time ago and was wondering if anybody could share any information they might have. It is barely visible but I see what I believe is a EARTH 14 ?? Etched in but it is wearing off. Let me know if you need any more info.. Thanks in advance.

Its about all worn off hasn`t it ??  I have not heard of that marking but will look tomorrow !!  Today has been a wild day and I am beat !!
