I have inherited a wooden elephant table from my great uncle, i believe it is hand crafted and has ivory eyes and comes from Africa, possibly from around 1945. I know Eleanor Roosevelt had an identical and that one is now on show at a museum. anyone know anything about the valuation of this?

If it helps any British actor Simon Callow has the same table that he inherited from his Grandmother. I think your date is pretty close. It is a great piece.
