The letters TS stand for: The T = Taxco Mexico (City in Mexico where it was Made). The S = The First Initial of the Last Name of the Silversmith who made it and the Number 29 means they are the 29th person with the last name beginning with the letter S to register a mark in his/her city's assay office.

The letter ID system (TS in this case) would indicate your piece was made in 1979 or post 1979. Prior to 1979 the eagle symbol and number system was used, and prior to that in the 50's or so then there were other ID factors, or marks. The number 925 obviously is the silver purity. Hard to read the next word in the circle stamp. The last word in the circle stamp is Taxco, the city it was made.
