I have an old cane that breaks down. On the handle, which appears to be silver, is the Karpen seal and in small print is ger'sil'. I was trying to get more information about the cane and a value.

ger-sil is german silver, meaning silverplate. cane has a value of $35.00 to $50.00 dollars.
