I found more ledgers. I may take them to a local musuem. I have to read them.

OOooooh!! These are AWESOME!! I would mortgage the farm to find the ones from my ancestor's iron foundry! Definitely share these with the local historical society.

I found another ledger a week ago.. I really have to read them. It gives addresses and names. I can't wait to find the privies. The bottles and dishes were broken in the basement. :'(

I gathered from earlier posts that your hubby does some kind of construction or demolition and finds a lot of these things?
