Title: OX Yoke Light Fixture- How much?

This was in my MIL's house and I was wondering if anyone knew how much it is worth? I quick google search I found these things can go from anywhere from $200-$1100... So im not sure how much to ask for.

It's an old yoke that's been converted isn't it? If so, I would think it would be easier to sell if it was changed back to what it was, rather than the upside down version it is.
