Title: Help Itentify This Vase.....Please :)

I've come across this nice vase recently. It stands almost 10" tall and is marked on the bottom.....Does anyone know anything about it? Thank you :)

Cant see the bottom markings !!  Can you take a better pic ??

This may be "Hull" pottery.Orchid pattern. Changed my mind, sorry. Yours is handpainted. Am I correct?

Only thing on the bottom is the number 12 !!  Could see no mark of any kind when enlarged !! Appears to be a typical department store type vase !!

It is very pretty though !! Would look great with flowers in it !!
