Title: what is it and how much is it?

I have what looks like a sugar bowl  manufactured by E.G Webster & Son, New York stamped on the bottom that says quadruple plate, hard white metal.

that company' was working from, 1859 to 1928. mostly silver plate.some silver.$25.00 dollars.
