Going to storage also. But not sure if this is some kind of photo or a watercolor.  ;D Not even sure which family member it is ??? Either Great G'ma or G.G.G'ma. Ant ideas? Not on who it is but age maybe :D

Judging by the look of the oak frame and her clothes, I'd say 1905-1920.  The picture looks like it's been out of the frame at least once, maybe for cleaning.
