Title: Antique Chinese vases
Post by: tsmith on July 31, 2012, 08:24:18 AM
Hi Guys, I'm looking at a couple of Chinese vases to buy. But I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to Chinese antiques. The vases are part of a matching pair and I've been told they are at the very least 50 years old. If anyone knows any more about these such as there age, origin etc that would be fantastic.

All the best,
Toby

Also, the vases above are approximately 11 inches tall.

Okay, I do not have access to more informative photos so I shall not pursue this particular set, thank you for your advice!

On the other hand, they're nice looking vases/ginger jars. If you like 'em, buy 'em. Just don't plan for a big return on your investment.
