ok i got a picture now at least .i have searched everywhere. no markings on them they are anywhere from 1940s to 1960s

They look like paino babies  but yours are not painted  there are simliar ones on ebay if you look up bisque piano babies with 6162 number on them   on ebay they are trying to sell at $95 each.

They are late 19th century Bisque figures probably German value £40-75 regards
