Any help with this vase is greatly appreciated. Age, artist, materials, value, all is welcome. It is about 7.25" tall.

There are no visible markings on the bottom. The only markings are the two characters on the side, I was told the bottom one means "mountain".

Its a pretty new vase probably 70`s or 80`s from the style !!  Because of the finish and almost no wear on the vase it is difficult to tell what it is made of but I would guess a pottery type !!

I found this one on ebay, its almost identical. Its being advertised as mixed metal with a buy it now price of $250. I don't know how accurate that is.

Could very well be a metal type,, can`t tell from the pics !! I would say its from the same maker as yours !! Its all to similar not to be !! The one on ebay has several days left,, I do not think it will sell at that price or close to it, but you can watch it and see if there is any interest !!

Looks metal to me alright. $250 is EXTREMELY optimistic.

What do you think is more realistic?
