I bought today a silver letter opener from a lady who tells me that it was owned by her aunt who was well into her eighties. The letter opener has a small shield with the words Rhein-Main on the top and a picture of a building with an airplane sitting in front of it and one flying over it. I first would suspect it to be a WW2 era item but I just guessing. I did some searcing on line with not much success. I would appreciate any help or guidance.
Thanks
Don
