Title: German candle holder

Check this out. I completely forgot i had this, remembered it only when i opened a drawer. I did not took time to clean it before I took pictures so they are not too pretty.

Around the pointy thing where wide candle goes on, it says : Made in Germany

Spread some knowledge, good people

A German tin fat candle holder. Doesn't seem terribly old.

Scrap price of tin over here has gone through the roof....Chinese are buying all the scrap they can get their hands on,then turning it into fake Tiffany lamps

well i can tell you this - we had it since we are in this house, so minimum 20 years old..

age goes for nothing,and at 20years + does,nt mean its worth something...I,m 62 and sometimes my wife says i,m next to useless....so there you have it....old does not always = worth!!
