Title: American Chinaware Corp and KT&K Pottery

I have a creamer that I need some help with.  The creamer, on the bottom, has the KT&K Pottery mark, which I am familiar with, but is overstamped with the American Chinaware Corp mark (See Picture).  I'm familiar with both companies, the merger, and demise, but not with the double stamp.  Is this rare?  Ican't find anything on the double mark.

couldn`t find any reference to the double mark,,but i would think they made more than one !! it was probably a time saving measure for patterns already in production !!  but i am not a china expert !!  get others take on this !!
