Hi.
I got this for free. I think this was used for cutting glass. its in pretty good condition, engraved copperplate letters are beautifully seen, and Im so sorry right now i have crappy camera and I cant show you that.
Actually, its tough for me to spell it out, i dont know this manufacturer (i dont know any), so here are the pics, and in one you can see silly try of me to write on paper how i see it, so judge by yourself if you can. ... it says Jilbertschmitt or something
shed some light, peeps
thnx

May be of interest ...... I have been splitting (Cutting) glass for many years pitureframing and have tried many tools from diamond to these however there is only one type i have found to do the job and it is used by most proffessional glaziers it is called a Toyo , any other i would throw away or just keep as a curiosity ,

I think this may be a numbers hammer? Used to stamp numbers into wood. Not sure of the age.
