Hi - I occasionally do "costume" and "vintage" jewelry, but I think you are best served by a jeweler, preferably one who has a watchmaker/repair attached.  Just the fact that it is old, and rose gold - - deserves a professional jeweler's opinion -

Once you get an opinion, and a ball park figure, then you might want to go to a jewelry appraiser.
