Title: Esquire Calender

Was curious to find out more info and a rough appraisal on a 1948 Esquire Glamour Gallery  Pin Up Calender. It's in 'good' condition; all the pages are intact and the only thing thats a little rough is the cover's edges aren't perfect. Any info would be great! Thanks! ;D

The value will only go up over time....not real high...but up!
