I seem to have a temporary case of amnesia and was wondering if someone could tell me exactly what I am, how old I am and where I came from? I'm certain someone has seen me before and knows the answers...
I see a nice juicy mango about to fall off the tree and an early bird is sure to grab it first!! ;D

Looks Peruvian...Inca...o r could be Aztec...or Mayan...just covering all the bases....btw..i,ve run out of mangoes...but have some nice Mackintosh Reds..you may know them as Mcintosh Reds...or the Mac...from Canada or New England....yummy... .
-
Sorry bigwull, all wrong answers, no mango for you... ;D There are more bases you have not covered...
Never heard of the Mackintosh Red, Is that from the Mac 2e time period? All I ever use to have was those Red Hots, don't know if they make them anymore.
-
Red Hots go well with those McIntosh reds!!

Did,nt take you to be a Red Hot Chilli Peppers fan Mart.....more like rootin toonin...country... .. ;D
-
Hey just because Mart is in Texas doesn't mean that the boots don't get cleaned off and taken off!!! :) AND did you know that Texas has just as many concerts and bands living here as anywhere else? It's not all tumbleweeds and cow patties!

It also looks like those pottery jugs from down south. Are there any openings, or is it solid?
-
What are the dimensions? Is it solid? Material made of? (Clay does it look molded or hand made?) Post pic of back please.
-
No wonder you,ve got a headache Kevin...I,ve got one too...probably cause i have to keep doing a handstand..in order to view it the right way up....
-
Kevin do you know what this piece is??
Sorry bigwull, all wrong answers, no mango for you... ;D There are more bases you have not covered...
-
greenacres, there is one opening on the side and it is not solid.
KC, it is 6 1/2 inches tall, 7 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches thick. It is not solid and it's made of red clay.
bigwull, yeah, I know, it's very amazing how people can't recognize a picture of a face of someone they know when it's hung upside down. ???
wendy177, "I seem to have a temporary case of amnesia". :-X

Oh No !! I am as country as they get !! I meant the little candy red hots and McIntosh red apples !! LOL
KC,, my boots haven`t been cleaned off since I retired !! Sure did in earlier days though !!
-
It looks like a freakin' ugly death mask with Frankenstein bolt additions that resemble something for turning it into a handled receptacle. Totally lost.
-
Sapphire I was wondering the same about the handle thing !! Need to see all over !! Looks like A straw handle would attach to those side pieces !!
-
Need photos of sides & back.

-
If its hollow,, where is the opening ?? Is it designed to sit upside down ??
-
greenacres, wow, those ugly jugs go for a lot of ugly dollars! :)
mart, I fear you are closing in on this (the wulliemeister might not like that :) ), the opening is in it's ear. Yes, I think it was designed to site upside down or on it's back. If you notice there are three ceramic stand post on the bottom, or should I say top of it's head.
-
I love ugly jugs. Yes they can be very expensive. Your clay face could be a pot. Can I see a picture of the opening ?
-
Girls & boys.....how do I get the feeling that Kevin is yankin our chain ;D ;D ;D

Actually, I think everyone made a good run at it and I thought that sapphire and mart had it almost nailed when the bolt additions were mentioned for use as a handle receptacle and that a straw handle would attach to those side pieces! It was spot on! :)
KC, you found the missing link that tells the rest of the story with the bolt handles! :)
