Title: ASIAN Makers Marks ..Can anyone help me??

I wonder if someone could refer me to a source or tell me something about the makers marks in the photo. I have a book on foreign makers marks but there's nothing like this. I'm trying to find out if its an individual or mass produced printed design. Thanks for any assistance you can give me!

Is this made on a cardboard ?? Table top screen or wall hanging !! Have you checked Taiwan ??

I don`t see anything that tells me its a quality piece of art !! More like an import piece !!
