Post by: amanda on November 18, 2004, 12:08:20 PM
I have aquired a dinette set and the label underneath says "manufactured by Fort Smith Folding bed & table Co.  Fort Smith, Arkansas.  I have no idea how old my table is, anyone else have any info?

New member.  Amanda, the only info I have on the table is that the company was started in 1902 by W. J Kropp in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  The name was changed when his brother came in 1906 and changed it to the Fort Smith Furniture Company.  My guess would be that the table is between 1902 and 1906.  Hope it helps.
