Rough condition on one side but otherwise nice, No hallmarks, below are the dimensions. Any information would be helpful.
L=12.5 IN
Circumference = 16.5 IN
w= 5.5 IN

can you post pics correct way up...as i,m not very good at leaning my head sideways...it hurts my neck,this one here is 12in high, there is vast differences in the prices...but i think this is because some are only 8in and others smaller...and larger..but the one below...is closest to yours in height....do you have the plug that they have...or the ornate stand....

As far as I can remember there was never a stand that came with it and I don't know what a plug is but I think I did find a hallmark surprisingly (or i think it is), If someone out there has seen this before please reply with the name. Here is the hallmark & a close upright photo (Exactly 32CM)

The plug as i called it, is a cover that sits in the top..see pic of one with the "plug"...cover

please correct me if i am mistaken...are you in the UK....my line of thought is...you have used metric when measuring...which indicates that you are either there or somewhere European...as most on here still work in old money. ;D...i.e. footsies and inches.... :D.....

Actually I am from the Baltic states but I live on the east coast for years. USA mainly uses foot & inches so in that case it is alittle over 1 foot if you look at the image link i posted and no there never was a plug for it.

i,m from Scotland...but my Father came from Ukraine....by east coast...i assume you mean over there...as opposed to over here.... ;D
