Need much clearer photos of stones? front & back , also close ups of the clasp opened & closed. Have you searched for a mark with a jewelers loop??

Pics are sideways,, and a plain white background would be better !! How big is it ??

Looks like tortoise shell, but hard to tell.

Looks to me like angel skin coral which if it is 100 years old and was given as a christening gift would fit perfect as angel skin coral was used at that time and was said to protect children and in many countries is given as a gift to children. Need better photos!! mart would be small if it was indeed given as a christening gift.

If your retaking the photos please make it a plain background. My brain can't function with the busy colors going on. ;D

looks more like rose gold from where i,m sitting....over here Christening bracelets...were normally silver...we called it a "silver bangle"....but i have seen them in rose gold...which was more common during Victorian times...so the 100 years old bit would be correct....

This is called a cuff style bracelet and I agree pic is hard to tell...but looks it also has a catch chain which you don't see on a small child's bracelet very often. The bracelets are typically solid or slip/bend style.
I would like the dimensions.
The coral was used during that time line. Don't believe it is pearl...but it could be opal. Can't tell from this pic. (Hope it isn't opal, if it hasn't been oiled over the years it will disintegrate if jostled too much!)
