Title: No clue what this item is, but pictures are included.

Rummaging through my grandparents collection of items, we came across this.. weird box item... with what looks like a neon light inside of it and a timer. We have no clue what it is, its purpose, it's worth, but I was hoping someone here could help me with it. :-) I would very much appreciate any input about it as I can get. Thank you ahead of time! :D

I'm just guessing that it's an "Ozone Generator"? A internet search might turn up more information on the company.

Looks similar to what a friend of mine had (although hers was home made) to burn screens for screen printing !! She had a T-Shirt and Cap business !!  What does the label say ?? Its upside down and can`t read it !!
