So i've seen a lot of GWTW lamps but never seen one with a base this shape. Have you guys?

Errrr....anyway, this is a nice one! Non-globe shaped lamp bases/oil reservoirs became more common at the end of the 19th century. Another variation is the super-wide base, modeled after ship decanters for stability!

Anyway, a handsome lamp IMO though nothing extremely unusual.
