My SO bought a box of junk at an auction, and we found a Littwin Neck Tie Re-Nu-Er in it. Still has the box, the tool heats up really well, shockingly.
Very curious what date these are from, and how much they go for now a days? Google search doesn't come up with anything really.
Attempting to attach a picture. Hopefully it loads!
Any information would be greatly appreciated!

By looking at the cord and plug style 40`s or 50`s !! Couldn`t find anything we could check except yours !! You did put this on another group didn`t you ?? Ebay had one before but evidently had been removed !!
-
No, this is the only antiques group I have posted it on. I was thinking it would be 50's or so. I am finding a couple different brands of them, but nothing from Litwinn at all.

Didn`t mean an antique forum !! I diddn`t find anything on them either !! One that was on ebay and this post was all !! Will look more later !!

Yep, that one is me! Haha! That's all I can find as well. Makes me wonder!
-
Figured it out,, just google "necktie re-nu-er" and the name is Litt Win,, not spelled as one word !!
Or,,, maybe not !!
-
Nothing. I've tried all versions of spellings and different phrases.
Wondering if someone has seen it IRL and has any experience with it, price wise.
-
I found several others using the words that I gave you !! Prices ranged from $6.99 to $17.99 !!

Found lots of electric items with inventors/mfgs with last name Littwin...but not hte tie Re-Nu-Er. So, wasn't patented by Littwin.
Agree with price range Mart found.
