Here's another piece I got out of an abandoned storage locker. I didn't think much of it, but since it does look old, figured I'd ask before I give it away.... lol
I'm hoping with my new hobby I'll have many pieces to explore and learn about, and I thank you all in advance for your patience until I can figure some of these things out on my own!

Can you take a pic of the underside of the table top and the legs ?? Close up of top in good light would also be helpful !! I am thinking its from the 40`s but will wait to see pics !!
-
Won't have a chance until tomorrow night. I'll post them soon as I get home!
-
Thats fine !!

Here you go!

Yep !! Late 40`s to 50`s,, design was printed on and varnished over,, legs are similar to others of that time,,Kind of has a bamboo shape !! Bamboo & Rattan was popular !! Gold paint turns dark over time from that period !! Looks like the table has led a rough life !!
-
Yeah, it's in pretty rough shape! Maybe I should refurbish it before trying to sell!!! ;-)
-
That would be difficult with the pattern and looks like the gold went around the edge too !! You might get $20. to $25. at a flea market or on Craigslist !! Wouldn`t be worth the trouble to me !! I would just polish it up and sell it as-is !!

Thanks Mart!

Good luck !!

This is the type of item that always sells...but, like Mart says; about $20+. I had a post WWII wholesale catalog offering these smaller accessory pieces, and the prices were unbelievably low.
Most were $1 to $3 each at that time.
