What you have is a carving set by Towle International - with stainless steel blade.  Believe you can see what Replacements LTD has it listed for...but bear in mind that they are a store, not an individual, and can get more $$ for their items versus an individual.

i think my set if from 1983-1989.
and is made in USA.
 i did not find item like this with this box in the net/ebay.

i want to know what it is value,and if is rare or not.
