Title: your thoughts...

Avril and I saw these two corner cabinets...at our local auction house...one is in oak with a boxwood inlay..and measures 60cm high..the other is in mahogany..and stands 90cm high...they did,nt sell..but i spoke with the auctioneer..afterwa rds..and he said i could have them..both for £40...your thoughts would be appreciated...

I don`t see how you could possibly go wrong !! Are you going to use the oak one in your new kitchen ??   You know what,,, one of those would look great as a towel closet in a bathroom !! If the bathroom was large enough !!

What a bad mind you have!!...Burn them!!...Na...we,ve just had a coal delivery...but...th ey,d be up the lum if my whotsits were freezing..and we had no coal....but as it is...we,ll probably buy them... :D

Here they are using old dressers for bathroom vanities and mounting a sink in them !!  So much cheaper than  having one built !! And faster for a re-do !! That mahogany corner cabinet would go in mine for a towel cabinet in a hearbeat if I were remodeling !!  And if I lived there of course !!  No hope for here though !!

NO BRAINER!!!

It just wrenches my gut to see how cheap things go for over there and to think they are BURNED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand you have to stay warm...but....no words......

Beautiful!  I have a weakness for hanging corner cabinets.   I have been told in no uncertain terms "no more hanging cabinets!!"  But I would sneak these ones in, especially at that price!! GG
