I have not seen one made like that !!

I can't imagine what Ford vehicle that was intended for. Even the first Model A (1903-04) had a much more standardized style side light. This looks more like a coach light for a hearse?

Micaela, what does the logo have on it?  I can't enlarge enough to make all words out.

I haven't seen a FORD one like this as well.  I would contact a Ford Museum if you can't get good feedback!

Wonder if this belonged to a Ford Quadracycle - modeled after a Bicycle lantern?  The predecessor to the Model T?
