Personal opinion is, due to the shape and style of the cup and handles, this is more likely earlier - 1776 - and not Britton, who is noted for cutlery and flatware.
A clearer image of the makers monogram, please !

It's Richard Bayley, as it's even earlier - 1736. Well polished though ! Here's one similar.

A few hundred pounds, although the one you pictured has been heavily polished which detracts it somewhat.
