Not sure what you are asking !!  Do you want to know if this is made by the same Van Cleef and Arpels that makes the perfume ??

They have made many types of perfumes since the late 1970's's.  They are renowned jewelers; generations since the late 1890's.

I personally couldn't find this particular container in any of the collections I am familiar with.  Maybe someone else will pipe in.  Since 2009 they usually put the name of the perfume and the collection that it is from on the box and/or bottle.

Is it not a gift or piece of apparel they give out / sell in limited editions or for short periods ? Looks like a little purse of some kind

That was what I was wondering Ipcress, but figured that the one posting it knows if they have a bottle or not! 

So, inquiring minds want to get a better look of what that is in the box.  Can you please take pics of it outside of the box?

Well the manufacturers have their own website with contact details so that would be my route.
