Title: Repost:250 year old statue with pictures(new photo)

Hi Members,
As per ur requirement I am sending the details.

This statue belongs to ancestral property of mine.

History: 250 years ago one of our family member had helped the king of Nepal ,in return he has gifted him this statue.
Now members pls clarify  me
1>What  metal is the statue made of?

2>Is it eight metal or ashtodhatu ?

3>how can I know the exact age of this statue?

you are saying this was gifted to your family..ancestor... 250 years ago?...maybe its 251 years old?

The images aren't the greatest - is it a camera phone ?

But if your history of these is true, then you need to have them valued at an auction house. The statues appear quite detailed.

Hi,
I dont want to know the value of this,bcoz i am not gonna sell this one.I just want to know whether it is precious or not so that I can keep it properly.

I always want to post clear pic but due to my resolution i can't make it under 3mb so i am using camphone, plz help

hope u all can understand and guide me accordingly.

it does,nt it have to be valuable...to be precious...almost everyone has an item or two that is precious to them...but valueless to anyone else...as for keeping it properly...if ..you were told they were worthless..would this make you look at them differently.....or  keep them less properly.....

But you are asking about the metal,,the bottom tells much more about it than the top finished part !!

I don`t see any more pics !!  Can you try again ??  Or are you saying that the top pics are all you have ??
