small little cup, thought it said fila but not

can anyone read this or know of it?

Yeah !!  I looked at it before but got sidetracked !!  Couldn`t read the mark but that is not unusual on one like this !!  I am pretty sure this was done by an independent potter !!  Look at the outside and you can see the striations where it was likely done on a wheel,, painting is simple and has a few runs so I would bet this was done by a hobbyist and pretty new one at that  !!  Try doing a pencil rubbing on that mark and maybe you can see it !!  Maybe wrong but I don`t think so !!
