Title: Strange Lead Statue

HELLO ANTIQUE AFICIONADOS!

We have acquired this odd statue, there is great debate amongst us at home as to the origin of this statue, I've provided a link to it for your inspection - the camera on my tablet isn't great - but if better photos are required i'll take some with my proper camera!

We don't know anything about it, but it's got a very heavy base.

Please do take better pics !! And make sure they are at least 1000kb and upright !! This one is sideways and a thumbnail so we cant tell anthing about it !! Tale one of the bottom too !!

Big..OOPS.......... this statue is made of copper....the base is probably weighted with lead...your location..may help us...furthermore... is that letters that i can see on the front..around where the knee is.on the right side looking from the front...

The statue reminds me of Don Quixote wearing his "wash basin / helmet".
