Ok, I am usually pretty good at researching things I bought for the Mrs. No such luck on this one. It is a store candy bowl, ( I am 90% sure), although I have been wrong before. 1st time I have ever seen one embossed. It has an "S" on the side and is fairly ornate. About 7" across. It is definitely made in a mold. On the bottom almost illegible are the numbers 192. Any one have any ideas on age and what the "S" stands for? Sorry about the pic, its the best I could get it.

Here is one similar and is probably by same company !! This would not be considered a bowl !! Try your search using "jar" instead !! I will look more too !!

The "S" might possibly denote "Spangler", a candy company that has been around for a long time.
