Does this painting look authentic? Could it be worth anything?
Thanks!

what medium..has it been done in...i.e. oil on canvas...or panel...a pic of the rear would help if it is under glass then its most likely a print..but if there is no glass then my leanings are towards oil or maybe acrylic...is the back sealed or is the frame exposed...Frank M Bennet 1874-1952....he first started out doing Christmas Cards..then he graduated to . painting on canvas...and board...his prints...sell for between £25 and £200+...his oil paintings....from £600...upwards...looking at it again...there does,nt look like there is glass in front...is the paint surface smooth...or raised...your general location would also help....judging by your email..i,d have to say Europe....

Looks like a print.

A pic of the back would help...if its sealed then that is an indication that it is a print...but if it is open and its a stretcher frame...then it may well be oil on canvas or it could be panel...but until you come back to us..we can,t go much further...

The painting is called " The Meet At The Manor "

Sorry for the late reply. The painting belongs to a friend of mine. After he could describe it better, I can confirm it is a print.
Thx for your replies anyways!
