i have been told that this watch is from  1891

but how can i know?

The movement serial number is correct for an estimated 1891 production date in regard to the American (Waltham) Watch Company.

I just looked in the "Complete Price Guide to Watches" by Shugart and Gilbert.
I get the feeling...he,s not grasping what you,are telling him...either that...or he wants to see it in black & white....before he believes you Rauville.... ::)

i just want to know if there is any other way to see it.
cuz if i want to sell it and someone would ask me how i am sure that this watch if from 1981 so i can just show him it online or something.

but still i am ABSOLUTELY  believe  him!!!.

Well in that case..I,m sure if you ask him he could maybe send you  a scanned copy of the page...save you buying the book..which can be bought for $7.99
