I take this antique negretti & zambra instrument. And I dont know how is or where is the use.

Once Rauville,s extracted that "I know everything book" from between the cheeks of his arse...he tell us what it is.... ;D

inside take a mirror and take a hole to see in the distance. I think it is a sextant or similar.

When I was checking I thought they things for boats. If it's a mirror, wonder if it's for S.O.S. because they had to do with life boats.

...and it tells me that the instrument is a: "Surveyor's Optical Square, used for laying out a rectangular area, such as a tennis or croquet court."
