Found another item when visiting my grandma, can anyone tell me something about this piece?

we need to know what material it has been cast in...how heavy is it, are there any marks on the base,..you may want to do what we call "the hot needle test"...to determine if its resin...this can be done on an area..that is not seen, i.e. the base,..overall dimensions will help,

They did make reproductions of pieces but I think this design was theirs.

Thanks for the answers, I like the piece and since it´s not very valuable I think I´ll keep it.

It's by David Fisher and they're not selling for much at all
