An item up on an auction site, they say its probably from England, anyone got a clue?

Is that it,...we are not Magicians....if it is up for sale at an auction house,they must be some more info with it, .e.g. who the artist is,..what the medium is,....what,s the size of it,....unless there is someone on here who has actually seen this picture before....then the chances of finding out who did it....are pretty slim....

Did you try google ?? Or any search engine and see what turned up ??  See what his art has sold for in the past ??
