Hello, I have a Redfield & Rice New York piece that I know nothing about.
Can someone tell me what it is and where can I find more info on it? Thank you so much!

I believe it is a footed vase. Looks like silverplate I think. Here is some info on Redfield and Rice:
Redfield & Rice / Redfield & Rice Mfg. Co.
New York, NY Redfield & Rice started in 1863 as a
partnership between James H. Redfield and James Rice
as a successor to Bancroft, Redfield & Rice (1856-1863).
They incorporated in 1866 as the Redfield & Rice Mfg. Co.
The company went bankrupt in 1872 and joined with several
other companies to form Bernard Rice's Sons.
